Magnetic Diaphragm Air Pump

Magnetic Diaphragm Air Pump

FujiClean Co., Ltd.

Energy Efficient & Long
Lifetime Magnetic Air Pump

FujiClean air pump was originally developed and manufactured by Maruka Seiki in 1980 and FujiClean took over the company in 2001.
It has been installed more than two million units to date as an accessory equipment for our on-site STPs (Sewage Treatment Plant)in Japan.
Also it has been installed thousands of units per year in Australia and the U.S. respectively.
FujiClean Air Pump generates air flow by pushing a diaphragm (rubber membrane) through a reciprocating motion of an oscillator (magnet) caused by magnetic field when an electric current flows through a coil in the device. (see Figures below)

Major Features and Advantages

 【R&D】
FujiClean produces both on-site STPs and air pumps therefore FujiClean can quickly identify what need to be improved on air pump in wastewater treatment.

【Easy to handle】
FujiClean Air Pumps are lightweight, compact, oil less, easy to install and replace. Furthermore, FujiClean Air Pumps are easy to maintain because they consist of the small number of parts.

Possible applications

    【For wastewater treatment】
Equipment used for wastewater treatment in developing countries is easy to breakdown and is often left unattended resulting in water pollution. FujiClean Air Pumps have 2 years warranty and normally keep working for 10 years with the good taking care of. They are effective in preventing water pollution as core equipment for sustainable wastewater treatment.
Refer to the webpage of wastewater treatment: http://www.unido.or.jp/en/technology_db/9555/

    【Aquaculture】
In Asia, aquaculture is flourishing in Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, and other countries. Our air pumps are expected to contribute to the aeration for shrimp and other aquaculture (see Fig. 2). Aquaculture farms are often located far from urban cities and air pump that is easy to maintain and has a long lifetime is very useful.

    【Long lifetime (Two Years Warranty)】
Only FujiClean Air Pump provides two years warranty because of the following three factors.

    1. Suppression of internal heating
The diaphragms keep moving and plays important role in air pump. If the internal temperature of air pump rises by 10 ℃ lifetime of diaphragms will be 50 %. Therefore suppression of internal heating is a key for long lifetime. FujiClean developed original rare metal magnets to successfully suppress internal heating.

    2. Safety switch
FujiClean Air Pumps have a reliable patented safety switch. When the diaphragms get damaged the oscillator (magnet) moves undesirably resulting in the damage of other important parts, but the safety switch automatically turns the circuit off.

    3. Durable original diaphragm
R & D based durable EPDM diaphragm is a third key for long lifetime.

    Performance

      Power source: 230-240V 50Hz / 60Hz
FujiClean Air Pumps have received CB test certification from IEC and are certified to have following specifications.

FujiClean conducts durability tests of air pumps at its own factory, and the air pumps have been confirmed to work for more than 10 years.
