Event Report: Workshop on geothermal development in Africa

UNIDO is implementing the programme “Generating energy capacity from geothermal power generation and its related technologies for sustainable development” with the contribution of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan. Under this programme, UNIDO invited policy makers in geothermal development from Djibouti, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda to Japan to hold a workshop on geothermal development in Africa.
