UNIDO ITPO Tokyo is cooperating with the Japan Management Association (JMA) to take part in the Green Innovation Expo 2014

“The GREEN INNOVATION EXPO” is an international event targeted at the greening of all industries.

It consists of three exhibitions: “ECO-MAnufacture,” which proposes energy-saving and environmental measures for the manufacturing industry; “Innovation in Water Management,” presenting water treatment technologies and services benefiting both industries and people’s lives; and “Green Materials,” highlighting the development of applications for new materials that promote the greening of industries.

UNIDO ITPO Tokyo is cooperating with the Japan Management Association (JMA) to take part in the Green Innovation Expo 2014 from 12 – 14 November 2014 at Tokyo Big Sight and will feature a booth promoting UNIDO’s programmes and water supply, sewage and water business representatives from Bangladesh, Myanmar and South Africa to hold business meetings with visitors to the exhibition. During the event, UNIDO will hold a “Green Technology Forum” on 12 November covering topics such as promotion of low carbon and waste management technologies in developing countries. In addition a seminar on “Water Business and Management – Opportunities in Bangladesh, Myanmar and South Africa will be held on 13 November.

UNIDO GREEN TECHNOLOGY FORUM

The Forum aims to highlight the role that private public partnerships can play in promoting green technologies for industrial development, in particular focusing on UNIDO’s services and Japanese companies’ expectations in this area.
