The facilities are movable. One set of facilities can be used for several applications around.
In addition, it is easy to use for recovery from disaster, typhoon and earthquake due to its movability.
Performance The filtration system in the facilities is an advanced technology. The filtration system has an ability of self-cleaning: called "Saito Tank".
Furthermore, the facilities can be easily moved. It takes only 3 hours to set the "mobile" Saito Tank.
The Mobile Saito Tank is sand filter tank which can remove suspended substances in the water. Though conventional filter tank must replace the sand media periodically, the Mobile Saito Tank does not have to replace media filter tank due to the self-cleaning system. It leads to the reduction of the maintenance cost and operation cost and stabilization of the filtered water quality.

Past record of introduction
Sand filtration method is conventional filter system. We developed movable self-cleaning system Mobile Saito washing system in March 2005. We delivered 6 devices to several Japanese cities and Korea.
Examples of Miyazaki and Iwate for disaster operation are attached.
Competitive advantage Movable: Depends on water quality but you can use the same Mobile Saito Tank for several cities.
Reducing maintenance and operation cost: Because the Mobile Saito Tank has a self-cleaning system, no need to replace filter media.
Water quality: stabilization of the filtered water quality due to the self-cleaning system.
Mobile Saito Tank wash filter media by kneading before backwash, it helps to reduce backwash time. Which means you can reduce backwash water volume.
Filtration capacity can be enhanced by customized media.
Conceivable risk If waste water contains heavy metals, e.g., mine effluent, the heavy metals have to be removed before processing in this technology.
