UNIDO Tokyo invited Mr. Isaac P. KALUA, Chairperson/Founder, Green Africa Foundation (Nairobi, Kenya), from 9 to 12 March 2010 as an investment promotion officer.

Mr. Kalua set up the Green Africa Foundation in 2000 after a long career in trading. He was deeply involved in environmental problems through cooperation with UNEP and other international institutions, and was endorsed by the government of Kenya to develop jatropha diesel. While in Japan, Mr. Kalua introduced the latest climate concerning Green Industry in Kenya through individual meetings with the Japanese private sector and governmental organizations.
