A new sustainable technology on the platform (Integrated Ethanol Production System Utilizing Biomass)

17.01.2020

Fermenstation’s integrated fermentation/distilling production system allows for turning food scraps into ethanol thus creating new value from what was once considered as wastes.
This fermentation system allows for manufacturing ethanol utilizing a variety of biomass not only limited to high sugar content materials such as corn and sugar cane. This technology can turn what was treated as raw wastes (such as food residue from food processing factories) into ethanol. Ethanol has wide applicability from fuel use to antiseptics to cosmetics which has the potential to create a new industry and supply chain. In addition, fermented materials obtained as byproducts can be utilized for animal feed and fertilizer. This technology can provide sustainable resource recycling system that minimizes waste.
