UNIDO Participates in INCHEM Tokyo 2015/Innovation in Water Management Show
November 25-27, 2015

UNIDO will take part in INCHEM Tokyo 2015/Innovation in Water Management Show, a major engineering and environmental technology exhibition to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from November 25-27, 2015, in order to host water supply and management officials from Brazil, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Morocco and Turkey. Water supply and management continues to be an important area where Japan boasts innovative solutions, and the purpose of the exhibition will be to bring together emerging countries with needs and companies and institutions from Japan with solutions, for business matching. Besides bilateral meetings at the UNIDO booth at the exhibition, a seminar will be held on November 26, 2015 where each country will present their situation on water supply and management.

Key messages

1. Water supply and management is an important development and business target in emerging countries.
2. Japanese companies have innovative technologies in the water sector which can be promoted overseas.
3. UNIDO’s booth at INCHEM Tokyo 2015 offers an opportunity to Japanese companies to meet and discuss directly with key officials in the water sector from Brazil, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Morocco and Turkey.

Officials from Brazil, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Morocco and Turkey will be given 20 minutes to introduce the current conditions of water supply, sewage and/or waste water treatment, on-going water projects and business opportunities.
