| Serbia |
| UNIDO ITPO Tokyo is hosting Mr. Mateja Milenkovic Inumaru, Export Promotion
Advisor, Serbia Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA) as an investment
promotion officer from 21 May to 1 June 2012. At SIEPA Mr. Milenkovic has
been involved in various activities including management of Serbian supplier
database, research on international automotive market, as well as provision
of consultations and other services towards potential business partners,
especially towards Japan related businesses. While in Japan, Mr. Milenkovic
promotes the investment climate and business opportunities of Serbia with
a focus on automobile related industries through seminars in Tokyo &
Osaka and individual business meetings with the Japanese private sector.

Tanzania |
| UNIDO Tokyo is hosting Ms. Phina Jerome LYIMO, Senior Investment Promotion Officer, Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC), from 14 to 25 May 2012.
Ms. Lyimo has been in charge of investment promotional activities at TIC since 2000.
While in Japan, Ms. Lyimo will introduce the investment climate of the country focusing on business opportunities in sectors including infrastructure and energy (power generation, solar power, wind power etc.) through individual meetings with the private sector and other relevant organizations.
Ms. Lyimo will also make a presentation at the "Tanzania Investment Seminar" in Tokyo on 21 May.

Mozambique |
| UNIDO Tokyo hosted Ms. Muando Khemwattie, Project officer, CPI-Investment Promotion Centre of Mozambique, from 13 to 24 February 2012.
Ms. Khemwattie has been placed in charge of project evaluation and aftercare services at CPI since 1994.
While in Japan, Ms. Khemwattie introduced the investment climate of the country through individual meetings with the private sector and other relevant organizations and through a seminar titled "Mozambique Investment Seminar" in Tokyo on 14 February.

Vietnam |
| UNIDO ITPO Tokyo hosted Mr. Dinh Manh Hung, Deputy Director, SME Promotion
Center, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) as an investment
promotion officer from 6 to 21 December 2011. At VCCI Mr. Hung has been
involved in providing various services including management consultations,
support for global business development and subcontracting promotion to
the small and medium scale enterprises in Vietnam. Mr. Hung is also responsible
for the data base construction of selected local industries, who could
be introduced to foreign businesses as potential business partners. While
in Japan, Mr. Hung promoted the investment climate and business opportunities
of Vietnam through seminars and individual business meeetings with the
Japanese private sector and the relevant business organizations. Please

Cambodia |
| UNIDO ITPO Tokyo hosted Mr. KY Seng Hoir, Assistant to the Minister of
Industry, Mines & Energy of Cambodia as an investment promotion officer
from 20 July to 3 August 2011. After working for the Ministry of Commerce
and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Phnom Penh, Mr.
KY joined the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy in 2010 to take up
his current post. While in Japan, Mr. KY introduced the latest investment
climate and business opportunities in the country through individual meetings
with the Japanese private sector and other relevant organizations in Tokyo
and Osaka. Mr. KY also made a presentation at the "Cambodia Investment

Dominican Republic |

UNIDO ITPO Tokyo hosted Mr. Renatto Colón of the Ministry of Agriculture, Dominican Republic as a technology transfer delegate from 27 June to 8 July 2011. During his programme, Mr. Colón participated in the special sessions at Tama Art University (TAU) to observe, produce, and acquire technical knowledge utilizing banana stems.
After TAU’s technical sessions, Mr. Colón visited organizations/companies in Japan dealing with banana fiber technology, and products on banana fiber textile.

Ms. Aphiri has been placed in charge of investment promotional activities at BEDIA since 2003, and she already participated in her first delegate programme in 2009.

| UNIDO ITPO Tokyo is hosting Mr. S. Sugumar, Chief Technical Manager,
Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET) from
Chennai, Tamil Nadu State, India, as a technology promotion expert from
14-25 March 2011. CIPET is a federal institute operating under the Department
of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Government of India. Mr. Sugumar has been
in charge of plastics technology and recycling issues for 25 years, and
has already visited Japan twice before to take part in fact-finding of
plastics recycling projects and Eco-town related training. While in Japan
during this programme, Mr. Sugumar will introduce the plastics waste management
scenario in India, and CIPET’s needs for acquiring technologies for demonstration
project purposes related to plastics recycling in India, including technologies
for automatic sorting/segregation of plastic waste, and for converting
multilayer film laminates into plastic lumbers/slabs, etc. Mr. Sugumar
will also be accompanied by a senior staff of the Department of Chemicals
and Petrochemicals, Mr. P. S. Singh, Director, from 14-18 March 2011. Please

| UNIDO ITPO Tokyo hosted Mr. Jalalul Hai, Director, Foreign Investment,
Board of Investment (BOI) of Bangladesh as an investment promotion officer
from 2 to 16 March 2011. He has been working for BOI over 20 years, and
visited Japan many times since 1994. He is in charge of all aspects of
investment activities of foreign, including Japanese, investors. While
in Japan, Mr. Hai introduced the country’s latest investment climate
focusing on business opportunities in sectors including textile/apparel,
electronics, and IT software through individual meetings with the Japanese
private sector at Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Gifu and Okayama. Please contact

investment promotion and implementation in Limpopo Province since he joined
TIL in 2008, and he already participated in his first delegate programme
in 2010. While in Japan in this follow-up programme, Mr. Maloka introduced
the latest investment climate of the province and promoted the sectors
such as energy and food processing through individual meetings with the

| UNIDO ITPO Tokyo hosted Ms. Unati Speirs, Sector Manager in Business Development, East London Industrial Development Zone (EL IDZ) of the Eastern Cape Province, South Africa as an investment promotion officer from 24 January to 8 February 2011.
She is in charge of all aspects of both foreign and domestic investment activities at the East London IDZ. While in Japan, Ms. Speirs introduced the latest investment climate of the Eastern Cape Province and promote sectors such as food processing, automotive, aquaculture, renewable energy, and ICT through individual meetings with the Japanese private sector.
